Deployment roadmap

Our Technology Consultant will guide you through the adoption process of our PMS, ensuring a seamless transition. For existing practices, we make a copy of your previous software to prevent interruptions and create a Deployment Roadmap. For new practices, our consultant will establish your requirements and build an implementation plan.

How good is your connection?

Our web-hosted PMS requires a reliable broadband internet connection that can support your usage pattern. To determine the speed of your current connection, we recommend using free tools like Speedtest.net and SamKnows.com.

The required bandwidth depends on the number of concurrent users accessing VetIT from each practice location. For more detailed tests, our team can assist you in verifying your connection.

In person and online training

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you get the most out of our PMS. Our trainers keep the ‘tech talk’ to a minimum and deliver engaging, useful sessions. Training can be held at your practice or at one of our offices in Wiltshire or South Wales, depending on the size of your practice. Core training can typically be completed in one day, but we also offer online training for deeper dives into specific features or for recaps. You can join these sessions live or catch up on-demand at your convenience. Our team is always available to assist you in using the software to its full potential to benefit your practice.
