Our app enhances and complements your utilisation of the VetIT practice management software (PMS) while working remotely from the clinic.
By utilising the daybook feature in the PMS, the VetIT OTR app retrieves and stores your appointments on your mobile device, enabling you to operate even in areas with limited or no internet connectivity.
Starting from this foundation, you have the ability to efficiently manage your day by accessing maps and directions to client locations, while ensuring both the client and your practice stay updated on progress. Initiating a phone call or sending a text to the client is as simple as tapping the screen.
Once you arrive at the client site, you can easily book out items with accurate pricing, document the clinical history (including the option to dictate your notes), capture and upload images, effectively manage your stock levels by dispensing items or scheduling them for later, and schedule follow-up appointments. Whenever you regain a data connection, you can effortlessly synchronise with the main database, retrieving and downloading details for any client and their animals.
